Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Keeping your shipping receipt until the process is complete
- Including a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges are shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Bike Lubricants, Oil & Cleaners (opened containers)
- Bike Grease & Oil products
- Bike Helmets (for safety reasons unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Items not in original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts)
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a return shipping label at our expense.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
